Free New Year's Hot Yoga at Princeton Yoga!

Hot Yoga with Paulette

Twenty-six sequenced postures practiced in a heated room. Work deep

into your muscles, tendons and ligaments - change your body from the

inside out. Increases flexibility, improves circulation and reduces

stress. Learn to combine the skills of concentration, patience,

determination, and self-control. The class is designed for all

levels. It is performed in a heated room because the heat warms muscles,

prevents injuries, and cleanses the body by flushing out toxins from

the body. Bring water, a towel, and a mat. Plan to sweat! Detoxifying,

healing and energizing. Change your body!

We welcome yogis of
all levels and ages, and offers modifications to make each pose
accessible to most people. Please note, however, that the first class
can be intense for anyone not accustomed to working out in 90-105

degrees Fahrenheit.

For sanitary reasons, we recommend bringing
your own yoga mat and large absorbent towel. As a courtesy, we offer
mats for rental for $2 per class. Mats, water bottles and towels are
available for sale in our shop.

Starting December 26, 2013 through
January 1, 2014 ALL classes are FREE for all.

On a whim and as a special holiday THANK YOU to our community, we've decided to offer free classes to all in the period between Christmas and New Year's.

"We decided to share the gift of yoga with our community as a surprise

holiday gift and in appreciation for the community's ongoing support.

Holidays can be a stressful time in general and intensify financial

stress as well," notes Princeton Yoga director, Deborah Metzger. "What

better way to provide and promote a balance of stress reduction,

mindful relaxation, and detoxifying practices from holiday excesses than

free yoga! We also hope people will feel free to bring visiting friends

and family."
