Detox with a French Twist: A Suppers Programs Workshop at Whole Earth

After your festive holiday season, start on a new healthy path in 2014. Veronique Cardon will demonstrate a few easy recipes based on vegetables and fruits that help to clean up your system after the holiday excess.

In the Detox with a French Twist workshop, Veronique will prepare sauteed Brussels sprouts with slivered almonds and kale, avocado and apple almond-milk smoothie. She will also present her recipe for Seven Vegetables Medley.

VERONIQUE CARDON is the Suppers Programs’ facilitator for Healthy Supper with a French Twist and founder of The CogniDiet program in Princeton—a weight loss program to help change your thoughts and behaviors when meeting temptations.
