I love real, whole food, the stories about it, the people who produce it, the places it comes from and the way it brings people together.
I have dedicated my career to promoting a real understanding of quality food through teaching, writing, marketing and community outreach.
I headed the Culinary Education Center at Whole Foods Market for six years before moving on to pursue my passion for sustaibale, local food.
For the last couple of years I've been providning communications, marketing, social media and culinary education services to food organizations such as Cherry Grove Farm, Terra Momo Restaurant Group,The Suppers Programs, Tre Piani and more.
When I'm not working or mothering my 3 wonderful children, I serve as Co-Leader at Slow Food Central New Jersey, on the Healthy Living Advisory Board of Princeton YMCA, and as a member of the Policy Committee at NOFA NJ.
I am now open for new career opportunities.
