Maria De Noda
Maria is a Registered Yoga Teacher who loves to teach alignment-based Vinyasa yoga. Her background in Iyengar yoga helps Maria lead her students in a practice aimed at exploring and deepening their poses while still enjoying the freedom and flow of a sometimes challenging Vinyasa practice. She likes to include deep release poses at the end of each session to help students reach a deeper level of body-awareness usually by adding a bit of Yin or Restorative yoga to achieve a more complete practice. Believing that the breath is an important component to the practice, she emphasizes breathing throughout the class. Maria also teaches gentle and hatha classes.
