Since the 1960s, PJ's has been known for its wide variety of pancakes and breakfast items. The restaurant also serves burgers and sandwiches for lunch and dinner. Patrons seated at the tables can see carvings from customers over the years. It's been noted that luminaries such as Brooke Shields and Bill Bradley have left their "marks" on them. Waiting lines on the weekends, particularly when Princeton University is in session, can be quite long.
