The University was 44th overall nationally.

Princeton University finished first among Ivy League schools and 44th overall in the 2013-14 Learfield Sports Directors' Cup standings, according to a post on goprincetontigers.com.

The cup is presented by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics. The standings have been in existence for 21 years, and Princeton is first in the conference for the 18th time.

It is also the 18th time the University has finished in the top 50.

The Directors' Cup measures the top all-around programs in college athletics by awarding points based on participation and finish in NCAA championship events for men and women.

Princeton finished with 511 points after getting spring points from women's tennis, women's trac and field, women's lacrosse and women's rowing.
