Purpose: In 2011 over 27,000 people nationally pledged to wear yellow on LIVESTRONG DAY. Every year, this is the day when we show cancer what our movement is made of — we're determined, we're loud and we're fighters. Take action locally - Whatever your strengths, whatever your goals, whatever your personal battles, you can fight for a world without cancer.  Join us and wear your yellow!

Race Proceeds: Proceeds will benefit the Princeton YMCA’s LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program and other initiatives and activities dedicated to helping cancer survivors locally.  LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a FREE twelve-week, small group wellness program designed for adult cancer survivors.  The program is conducted outside of medical facilities to emphasize that LIVESTRONG at the
YMCA is about health, not disease.

5K Pre-Registration: Pre-registration must be received by September 29, 2012 with a $20 entry fee which includes race T-shirt (while supplies last). Pre-registration is available online at www.Active.com or www.princetonymca.org. Entry fee for all registrations
received after September 29, 2012 is $25.

5K Race Day Registration: Entry fee is $25 for
runners. Registration will be 7:30 – 8:45am.

5K Walk Day Participants: Registration is free
for walkers but required for participation; 7:30am - 10:00am. Individual walkers who raise $100 or more will receive a walk day t-shirt and LIVESTRONG Band.

Awards: Prize money awarded to the top three males and females entered in the 5K run: First $100, Second
$50, Third $25. Trophies will be awarded to the top three 5K male and female winners in each age group: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. All race participants will also receive a free race bag while supplies last!
