Schools Announce Hurricane Make-Up Days

Princeton Public Schools had to close schools for five days during Hurricane Sandy. On Tuesday, the school board voted to approve the make-up days.

 

During Hurricane Sandy, Princeton Public Schools were forced to cancel school for five days, although they made up two of those days soon after. 

On Tuesday, the Board of Education unanimously approved rescheduled the three remaining days, plus outlined a plan to fit in an additional three snow days if necessary.

The three Sandy makeup days are scheduled as follows:

  • June 20
  • April 1
  • Feb 15

Should the district need to schedule additional makeup days as a result of winter weather those days will be, in the following order:
