Princeton District Students/Volunteers Are Strong Presence at Special Olympics

Nine PPS students ranging from elementary to high school-age participated in the Mercer County Special Olympics track and field competition, which was held on Sunday, May 4th, at West Windsor South High School.

Athletes competed in running, jumping and throwing events. Included in the line-up was the Princeton High School relay team of Laura Harris, Caroline Cheboterovia, Isaac Cutler Kreutz and Michael Carnevale (pictured l. to r.)

Congratulations to all participating athletes and a special thanks to the many volunteers!

Four PHS athletes have qualified for the Special Olympics NJ summer games. This event will be held at TCNJ the weekend ofMay 30.
