The fifth annual Book Bag and School Supplies Drive runs through Aug. 15.

Princeton's Human Services is hosting its fifth annual Book Bag and School Supplies Drive to benefit Princeton School District children of low-income families.

Princeton employees, local businesses, organizations and private donors have participated in this drive for the last five years.

Needed items include, but are not limited to: book bags, lunch bags, pencils, pens, notebooks, crayons, loose leaf paper, binders, markers, kid-safe scissors and glue sticks.

Hundreds of applications have been distributed to families with children entering kindergarten through sixth grade.

Anyone interested in donating is asked to call the Princeton’s Human Services office at 609-688-2055 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. no later than August 15.

Donations can also be made at the Human Services office located at One Monument Drive in Princeton.
