Police Blotter: Slashed Tires, 2 DWI Arrested

The following incidents were reported by Princeton Borough Police for the period Dec. 13-16

 

On Dec. 13 at 3:08 p.m., a victim reported that three tires on his vehicle were slashed sometime overnight in the first block of Leigh Avenue. The estimated replacement cost was $520.

On Dec. 14 at 2:18 p.m., patrols responded to Overbrook Drive and Snowden Lane for a disabled vehicle. Officers found Susan Drabek, 55, of Princeton and determined that she was driving while intoxicated. Drabek was arrested and charged with DWI. She was later released to a friend.

On Dec. 16 at 12:52 a.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Princeton-Kingston Road and determined that the driver, Elington Black, 42, of North Brunswick, was driving while intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with DWI, and issued additional summonses for reckless driving and failure to maintain lamps. He was later released to a relative.
