A 19-year-old Princeton man faces drug charges after police allege that he was selling marijuana out of the bathroom at Community Park Pool on Witherspoon Street.
Eric B. Shorter, 19, of Redding Circle was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and intent to distribute.
Princeton Police say they were contacted by a staff member at Community Park pool on Saturday, Aug. 10 around 5:30 p.m. The staff member said two pool patrons reported that Shorter was selling what was believed to be marijuana inside the complex.
Police confronted Shorter and arrested him. They discovered he was in possession of a substance believed to be marijuana, under 50 grams, and other drug paraphernalia.
He was unable to post $10,000 bail and was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center in Hopewell.
