Princeton Healthcare System Settles Suit for $1.35 Million

Twenty-three former employees who were unfairly terminated will share in the settlement, according to the Princeton Packet.

Princeton Healthcare System settled a lawsuit filed by the federal government for an unlawful employee leave policy for those with disabilities for $1.35 million, the Princeton Pack reports.

The lawsuit alleged 23 former employees were fired for exceeding the amount of time the health system allowed them to take in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act, according to the report. Those former employees will share in the settlement.
