Construction Crews Rupture Gas Line on Alexander Street
The incident happened on Monday morning.
Construction equipment ruptured a gas line on Alexander Street near Forbes College on Monday shortly after 9:30 a.m. during construction on the University's Arts & Transit project.
Crews from PSE&G responded and turned off the gas. No buildings were evacuated.
The University's Department of Public Safety, Princeton Fire Department and Princeton Police Department also responded.
