Alexander St. Traffic Delays Possible This Week

During the demolition and some of the utility work, traffic may be alternating along Alexander Street.

There could be traffic delays along Alexander Road near University Place this week as demolition continues in preparation for Princeton University's $300 million Arts and Transit Project.

The University is currently knocking down homes to make room for the project and will then ready the site before summer. Nine buildings have already been demolished and more are scheduled as utility work is completed, said Kristin Appelget, the University's Director of Community and Regional Affairs.
