17-Year-Old Princeton Resident Charged with Drug Possession, Intent to Distribute

The boy was released to the custody of his parents.

 

A 17-year-old Princeton boy was arrested on Saturday after police stopped his vehicle on Nassau Street and found him to be in possession of multiple bags of marijuana (totaling 9 grams) and packaging materials. 

The incident happened on Jan. 12 at 1:36 a.m.

The juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Police said they stopped the driver on Nassau Street after a random registration inquiry showed the owner of the vehicle had an expired license.

The juvenile was released to the custody of his parents.
