Please improve!

I was waiting today for  655 bus at Princeton shopping center with my wife. The first one came at about 18:30. The driver was kind and suggested us to wait for the next one, since it was the end timeof his bus. Then we waited until 19:20 and finally the 655 bus came. But the driver refused us without any explanation at all and he shouted to us to take 605. It is a wrong one-out of route.We know the route and bus schedule by google map and bus schedule.Worse of it, while I was explaining where we would like to go (it was Jefferson Rd. at  Terhune Rd.) the driver closed the window bruitally. He was almost the same age with me, 65 to 70.
I am handicapped and we had a heavy bag after shopping.This is why we waited and waited for the bus instead walking for 20 min.
A kind lady at the PSC called for us a tax and we came back home but it costed 18 dollars including tips.
Hope the bus service should be improved.
