Martha D. Beck, 63, of Princeton died Tuesday, Nov. 15 at University Medical Center At Princeton surrounded by her loving family. Born in Akron, Ohio she
resided in Amityville, Long Island before moving to Princeton in 1978.
Martha was a member of the Westerly Road Church, the Mercedes Benz Club of America and an avid crocheter, knitter, artist and painter. She was an accomplished high performance car driver having recently won second place at the Mid-Ohio Race Track, Mansfield, Ohio in May of 2011. Daughter of the late Paul F. and Martha (Schneider) Black, she is survived by her husband of 46 years James J. Beck, two daughters and a son-in-law Leslie Anne Turley, Jessica Lynn and James Murphy, three grandchildren Laurelin Murphy, Sadie Murphy and Jason Turley.
The funeral service was held on Friday, Nov. 18 at the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
