Princeton to Host Youth Bike Rodeo on Saturday

Kids ages 5 to 12 are encouraged to attend.

 

Princeton will host host its Second Annual Bike Rodeo on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Princeton Township Muncipal Complex, 400 Witherspoon St. 

The event is open to kids ages 5-12. Register your bicycles and have it inspected for safety by a trained bike mechanic.

After a brief 'rules of the road' lesson, riders will navigate a road safety course to demonstrate riding ability and road safety. Safety helmets are required.

The day will include giveaways, food, drinks, and free helmets to the first 50 pre-registered riders.

To register, riders must complete a waiver form and deliver it the Princeton Township Police Department. Click here for a link to the waiver form. 

The event is sponsored by Princeton's Human Services Department, Princeton Township Police, Princeton Borough Police Department, Princeton Recreation Department and Greater Mercer TMA.
