Poetry Workshop "The Nature of Place" with Poet Maxine Susman

Cool Woman Poet
Maxine Susman welcomes novices and established writers to "The Nature of
Place" poetry workshop at D&R Greenway.  Maxine will read works
by key nature poets, and share objects of nature, to trigger inner nature
explorations, the writings to be shared as desired with the group.  



A specialist in
nature, place, personal history and art, Maxine has five collections of poetry
to her name. She has been published in a broad range of magazines and poetry
anthologies.  Retired Professor of English at Caldwell
College, she has taught poetry,
writing and literature at Rutgers, Seton Hall, Duksung Women's University of Seoul, Korea.  She is currently
leading classes in reading and writing poetry at the Princeton
Adult School
and at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Rutgers.



$15 fee --
