Heart to Hearts Inc. announces tenth annual Women's Wellness Day at ETS
The tenth annual Women's Wellness Day, sponsored by Heart to Hearts,
Inc. of Lawrenceville, will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.,
Saturday, November 16th at Educational Testing Service, 670 Rosedale
Road, Princeton. Certified chiropractic sports physician, health
educator and dynamic public speaker Dr. James Proodian will give the
keynote address: "Feel Better, Function Better, Live Longer." The cost
is $70 for non-members and $55 for members and seniors (65 and up).

The day features health screenings and community health education by the
Princeton HealthCare System, chair massages by Arlene Hancock, Reiki
treatments by Annette Krier, and (by appointment at the registration
desk) breast exams by Drs. Rachel Dultz and Margaret Crivello, and skin
screenings by Dr. Darlene Kwee. Dr. Donna Barrese will provide foot
screenings. A basket raffle, door prizes and delicious, nutritious
breakfast and lunch buffets are included. Health and wellness products
will be on sale.
The theme of the day is total wellness. Speakers include Dr Ansu Joy and
Jane Schwartz R.D. of the Princeton HealthCare System, Dr. Kate Thomsen
M.P.H. of Women's Health and Wellness, Pennington, and Dr. Heather M.
Van Raalte of Princeton Urogynecology. Lee Atwater, creator of Tennis
Tai Chi and stress management speaker, will provide instruction in Tai Chi.
