Explore a new form of practice with this Community Class. It offers body healing, injury prevention and wellness and can be used alone or in conjunction with other fitness modalities. It increases flexibility and range of motion and improves alignment. YBR’s unique and fundamental principle is based on the idea of bone stimulation by use of specially designed re-inflatable balls. The results can be immediate; the individual often feeling lighter, longer and energetic. No yoga or YBR experience necessary.
Our community classes are by donation. Suggested donation $8, all amounts welcome. Each month, proceeds from our donation based classes go to a local charity.
