Open House - Elementary-Middle School

The Princeton Montessori Elementary and Middle School support challenging academic experiences, filled with exploration and individual choices. The curriculum is designed to capture the social and imaginative attributes so alive in students this age.

At Princeton Montessori School, students take ownership of their academic journey through direct instruction, individual and group work, and independent choices.  Mathematics goes from hands-on concrete materials to formulating rules and formulas. Being workbook free allows students to fine-tune their writing and language skills through research, outlining, report writing, public speaking and project work. Spanish, Art, Music, Fitness and Technology are integrated into the Montessori curriculum.

Princeton Montessori School students become self-disciplined, independent, flexible and collaborative learners. They are able to interpret information and figure out an answer, and then apply it to a new lesson or experience. These experiences, combined with strong academic preparedness and well-developed study skills, ensure our students thrive in high school and college and later choose careers that compliment their innovative talents.
