Dining for a Cause

On February 28th ONE 53, located in Rocky Hill New Jersey will co-sponsor a benefit dinner in support of the Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation.

The “Dining for a Cause” event includes a Prix Fixe menu featuring complimentary soft drinks, a choice of 2 starters, 4 entrees and 2 desserts for $60/person. There will also be a small art auction.

$25 from every guest participating will be directly donated to the Myontic Dystrophy Foundation (MDF). Tax and gratuity will be additional.

Flat Iron Steak with Hand-cut Fries and Field Greens

Flounder Provencal

Chicken Milanese over Baby Arugula with Tomato Fresca

Vanilla Ice Cream with House-made Chocolate Sauce

Flourless Chocolate Torte

Beverages:

Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite & Ginger Ale

This event is co-hosted by Joachim Boekelmann, and his family, who have been directly affected by the disease.
