Will You Vote to Raise Minimum Wage on Election Day?

$1 per hour increase for voters to decide in next week's election.

New Jersey voters will have the opportunity to weigh in on more than electing candidates for school boards and governing bodies next Tuesday.

A special question on the ballot will ask Garden State residents if they support a raise in the minimum wage from $7.25 to $8.25 per hour. If the majority votes in favor, an amendment to the state's constitution would be made, and will also bring annual increases based on the Consumer Price Index.

If the majority opposes the question, the minimum wage will remain at $7.25 per hour.

Do you support a $1 per hour increase in the state's minimum wage? How will you vote on the special question? Let us know in the comments.
