Gloria Nilson Announces New Satellite Office In Toms River To Serve Clients

TOMS RIVER, N.J., Oct. 28, 2013 – Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate, the preeminent high-end real estate brokerage in New Jersey, announced today the opening of a new satellite office in Toms River, N.J. Located in Holiday City within the Berkeley Clubhouse at 631 Jamaica Blvd., the new office will be open seven days a week 9 a.m. through 5 p.m.

“We are very pleased to have the Toms River satellite office available to Gloria Nilson sales associates from our 20 offices throughout New Jersey to use for client meetings, and the occasional office gathering,” said Jacqueline Paterno, branch manager of Gloria Nilson’s Brick office. “Our team members were in need of a nearby professional setting for contract signings and they can now take advantage of the new Toms River office at their disposal any day of the week.”

Holiday City at Berkeley is a retirement community, consisting of five neighborhoods, built more than 40 years ago complete with doctors, pharmacies, banks, mini-marts, delis, restaurants, bakeries, law offices and clothing stores, all within walking distance. Traveling to nearby stores and even Jersey Shore attractions such as Atlantic City is easy as private bus services depart from each of the clubhouses. Every community has its own pool and clubhouse full of activities and clubs. Twenty models of ranch-style houses are offered and the convenient amenities make driving optional and allow for the changing circumstances of retirement.

“The Toms River opening is a step toward further advancing Gloria Nilson’s presence in Ocean County,” explained Paterno. “It allows us to service clients who are looking to relocate a bit further south in the beautiful Garden State.”

This office is in addition to the existing one in Brick on Route 88 West, managed by Paterno. A second area satellite office in Brick is situated in Greenbriar I, an active adult community conveniently located on the outskirts of Brick at Garden State Parkway, exit 91. The on-site Gloria Nilson sales associates offer their expertise to residents and interested homebuyers alike. With more than 1,400 homes, residents call Greenbriar I one of “Ocean County’s Best-Kept Secrets” and it is minutes from area beaches, Barnegat Bay, and just one hour to Atlantic City.
