Three Princeton Restaurants Ranked Best in The State

Agricola, The Peacock Inn and Mistral have been ranked in New Jersey Monthly's 2014 Top 25 Best Restaurants.

These three Princeton restaurants can begin raking in the praise as Agricola, The Peacock Inn and Mistral have been named among New Jersey Monthly’s Top 25 Best Restaurants of 2014.

Agricola, at 11 Witherspoon St. has been named an NJ Monthly Best Restaurant for the second year in a row. The restaurant opened roughly a year and a half ago in 2013 and focuses on “building on the traditions of community, farming and breaking bread.”

The Peacock Inn, which opened in May of 2010, is located at 20 Bayard Ln. They are currently featuring an “A La Carte & 5-Course Tasting Menu” for Summer 2014.

Princeton Chef Scott Anderson’s endeavors have been ranked for at least the past three years. In 2012, Elements was the only Princeton to make the list. In 2013, Elements was ranked along with Agricola and The Princeton Inn.

This year, Mistral, Anderson’s restaurant that focuses on small plates was ranked seemingly in place of Elements.

Elements is currently on hiatus as Anderson works to relocate to 66 Witherspoon St., Mistral’s current location.
