Montgomery Friends Farmers' Market featuring fruits and vegetables, honey, homemade salsa, Griggstown Quail Farm pies and products, organic beef, pork, and poultry. 1340 Route 206, across from Shop-Rite. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Free. 

West Windsor Community Farmers' Market, featuring fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, wools and alpaca products, honey, wine, baked goods, jams, soaps, flowers, fair trade teas and coffee and more. Vaughn Drive parking lot of the Princeton Junction train station off of Alexander Road. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Trenton Film Society presents “Landfall: Through the Eyes of Sandy” a documentary about Superstorm Sandy's devastation and the rebuilding after the storm. Mill House Playhouse, 205 East Front Street, Trenton. 2 p.m. $20 admission will benefit the Jetty Rock Foundation to help hurricane victims. 

Enjoy food, drink, crafts, hot air balloon rides, water rides, live music and more a the freedom Festival at Mercer County Park in West Windsor. Fireworks at 9:30 p.m. 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Free.

The Princeton Festival presents the Concordia Chamber Players in a program of Beethoven, Liszt, Wagner and Schubert, proceeded by a  7 p.m.talk by Michelle Djokic, the group’s artistic director. Miller Chapel, Princeton Theological Seminary, 8 p.m. 

  

Sunday

The Princeton Festival presents 'Stormy Soul: How Did Wagner Find His Muse?' by pianist and composer Jeffrey Swann. An exploration of how and why Richard Wagner made the enormous leap forward from Rienzi to Der fliegende Holländer. Princeton Public Library, 11 a.m., Free. 

The Historical Society of Princeton presents a vintage baseball game- the Flemington Neshanock and the Diamond State Club of Delaware. The matches will feature bare-hande baseball, period uniforms and rules from 1864 or 1873. Greenway Meadows Park, 275 Rosedale Road, Princeton, 11 a.m.

Professional Equestrian Family Day at Hunter Farms North features free pony rides from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and face painting from noon to 2 p.m. 246 Burnt Hill Rd., Skillman, $10 per vehicle.
