Geek Freak Weekend Results

celebrated Albert Einstein’s 133rd birthday with a jam-packed Geek Freak Weekend. Anchored at the Princeton Public Library, the full-filled weekend included a Pie Eating Contest, a No Sock Hop (Einstein didn't like to wear socks), Pie Judging, Pi Recitation, and, of course, an Einstein look-a-like contest.

Mimi Omiecinski and Joy Chen, co-founders of and the masterminds behind Geek Freak Weekend have announced the winners of the weekend festivities:

• Alisa Deczynski, age 6, took top price in the Kids’ Violin Concert sponsored by and Coordinated Wealth Management.
• Benjamin Qi, age 10, was the winner of the Mathlete Challenge sponsored by Pi Day Princeton.  
• Juliette Van Schaik, 13, was the winner in the 7 to 13 year old category, with 1705 digits of Pi for the Pi Recitation contest, while her best friend Brooke Greenstein with 420 digits won in the teenage category. For the second year in a row Brian Stevens with 2222 digits won in the adult category. The Pi Recitation contest was sponsored by and MacLean Agency.
• In the Pie Eating Contest, held at in the , there was a tie in the youth category (4 to 8 year olds) between Henry Wilkinson and Sawyer Cano. Disha Hedge in the teen category, 14-18 years old, won for the second year in a row; and Elizabeth Holt won in the adult category.
• In the Pie Judging Contest, sponsored by infini-T Café, the winner was Terra Momo with a Pina Colada pie.
• And, last but certainly not least, the Einstein Look-A-Like Contest. The winner in the youngest category was Jayden Hunt, with Joe Lepis winning for the third year in a row in the adult category. This contest was sponsored by Princeton Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau.
