Breast Cancer Fashion Show

The 8th annual “In the Pink” Fashion Show will be held on Friday, October 12, at The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village, 6:00 to 9:30 p.m., to benefit the YWCA Princeton Breast Cancer Resource Center.


This ispirational event celebrates the strength, beauty, and spirit of breast cancer survivors, and the courage and compassion of their support network. Breast cancer survivors, along with their family members, supporters, doctors, and nurses, will model stunning fall fashions from local retailers including Gap Princeton Marketfair, Lord & Taylor Quakerbridge Mall, Palm Place “A Lily Puliter Signature Store” and KiKi D’s.


“In the Pink” is hosted by the YWCA Princeton Breast Cancer Resource Center, and supported by Perfectly Pink Sponsors Capital Health Center for Comprehensive Breast Care and University Medical Center at Princeton at Plainsboro Breast Health Center; and Proudly Pink Sponsors - Hopewell Valley Community Bank, Horizon NJ Health, Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC and Mercer County Woman.

Guestsalso will enjoy a sumptuous cocktail reception, and both silent and live auctions with scores of stunning items including jewelry, theatre tickets, dinner certificates, dance lessons, gourmet gift baskets, services for pampering and self-indulgence, hotel stays, and much, much more. The festive decor will feature floral centerpieces designed and donated by local florists and entered into a design competition.


All of the proceeds (100%) from “In the Pink” will benefit the YWCA Princeton’s Breast Cancer Resource Center, which is dedicated to providing information and support to local women and families affected by breast cancer, and to increasing understanding of the disease in the community. Programs and services include support groups, private counseling, a peer support network, teleconference and lecture series’, mind/body wellness activities, a wig &
prosthesis boutique, a patient assistance fund, a resource library and more.

Tickets are $100 per person or $1000 for a table of 10.
