Recipients of this prestigious award were selected as a result of the magazine’s statewide, independently conducted survey. Recent homebuyers were asked to evaluate each real estate agent in the areas of: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, post-sale service, finding the right home, marketing of a home, and overall satisfaction, as well as whether they would recommend the agent to a friend.
In 2013, Certo also received the Million Dollar Club Award from the Community Builders and Remodelers Association of New Jersey.
