Classical Music Concert at TCNJ

Greenwood House Celebrates "the Committee of Twenty." Nearly 40 years ago, twenty philanthropic women joined together to raise funds for Greenwood House, a nonprofit, nonsecrtarian organization providing care and services to seniors and their loved ones. Now a new team of women are coming together to present "Friendship and Fashion,"  featuring elegant lunch, exclusive fashion show by Neiman Marcus of King of Prussia, and the chance to win a stole by Loro Piana and a Chanel handbag. Tickets required, 11:15 a.m. 

Princeton Family YMCA's Centennial Awards. 
Cocktail reception and silent auction. Honoring those who exhibit outstanding commitment to nurturing the potential of every child and teen, and who consistently demonstrate the YMCA's four core values. The occasion will also mark the 20th Anniversary of Princeton Young Achievers. Honorees include Barbara Blumenthal, Carol Golden, Clayton Marsh, Anne Reeves, Shirley Satterfield, Shirley Paris (posthumously), and the Corella & Bertram F. Bonner Foundation. 6 p.m. 

TCNJ Chorale and Women’s Ensemble Presents:“A Hymn To Saint Cecilia: Celebrating the Union of Text and Music.” Featuring Benjamin Britten’s Hymn to St. CeciliaChoral Dances from “Gloriana,” Psalm 150 and others. The Mildred & Ernest E. Mayo Concert Hall (Music Building), Pre-concert discussion by Dr. Philip Cave, 7 p.m., concert begins at 8 p.m.
