• Second Session - High School 9th-12th Grade: Noon - 3pm
• Attack, Middies, Defensemen. No Goalies.

2012 SUMMER LACROSSE TRAINING CAMP

• Small group Training - 7:1 Player to Coach Ratio
• Position Specific Training
• Shot Training, dodging, footwork, stick skills.
• Players will learn skills necessary to make themselves better individual players. This is NOT your typical team summer camp.
• No fillers: No lunch, no drawn out guest lectures
• Players work hard for 3 straight hours TRAINING then go home.
• Focus on individual players rather than large camp group
• 5,000sq. ft. Indoor turf facility - AIR CONDITIONING
• Only 20 players per session - space is limited
