Free Foreclosure Awareness Workshop

At Hamilton Square Shopping Center

Certified counselors and staff from the affordable Housing Alliance will be available at the Mercer County Office at Hamilton Square Shopping Center, located at 957 Highway 33 in Hamilton NJ, on Thursday, June 7 from 10:00 a.m. until noon.

AHA certified foreclosure counselors as well as representatives from the Mercer County Consumer Affairs Department, the Mercer County Clerk’s Office, Foreclosure Mediation Program Administers and the Mercer County Sherriff’s Office will be on hand with helpful information for homeowners facing foreclosure.

• Liz Pendens Notices and tips from the County
• Homeowner Assistance Programs
• Mediation Program

“Often homeowners wait until it is too late to take action when they are facing foreclosure,” says Stefanie Wynne, Assistant Director of Housing outreach Services. “The Affordable Housing Alliance is a non-profit organization that consumers can trust. If you are long-term unemployed or worried about paying your mortgage due to other economic hardships, we can help. We will work with homeowners to find the best possible solutions to their foreclosure situation.”
