60 Minutes Correspondent and CBS News Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Lara Logan will be speaking at the State Theatre. Mark your calendar for Tuesday, February 26 at 7:30 PM for this fantastic SmartTalk event.
This journalist started her career in her native South Africa at 17 as a print reporter. Ms. Logan has come a long way both literally and figuratively to face war and global change through her career with 60 Minutes. Her and her crew were actually blindfolded and held at gunpoint in 2011. She was beaten and assaulted before being released.
She’ll share her experiences reporting from the front line with the SmartTalk audience. Logan’s insight may change the way you see the world, and will definitely inspire you.
Tickets are still available to see Lara Logan in New Brunswick. I scored a promo code for my readers. Use SHARE for 10% off the ticket price.
Comment below that you’d like free tickets, and you’ll be eligible for a drawing of two orchestra tickets worth $120! The winner will be announced on Friday, February 22nd, and has 24 hours to respond. If there is no reply within the time frame, the runner-up will be next in line for the tickets. Good luck!

Sorry for the delay announcing the winner of the tickets. This contest was also posted on the original site at Princeton Found, and the winner was "Beth NoLastName". There will be opportunities to win tickets for future performances. If you'd like to get a great deal on tickets for this series, I have just seen tickets on Groupon for only $31!
