Stress Relief and Health by Karen Davison, a Reiki master and nurse at the University Medical Center at Princeton. Davison will provide stress relief tips. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Fireplace Second Floor, 7 p.m., Free.

 presents by Sam Wang, associate professor of neuroscience at Princeton University and co-author of “Welcome to Your Child's Brain: How the Mind Grows From Conception to College.” Wang will discuss his book and offer advice about issues such as sleep problems, ADHD, language learning, gender differences and autism, 7 p.m., Free.

Join old friends and make new ones at the monthly "Knit Nook" by the knit by the fireplace at . Bring your own supplies and share your stories and tips in a friendly gathering place for knitters.
