Transition Team Seeks Volunteers for Subcommittees

The team seeks residents with interest and expertise in the fields of personnel, public safety, communications/community outreach and public works/engineering/recreation.

The Transition Task Force, created to assist in the creation of the new Princeton, is looking for volunteers interested in serving on a number of subcommittees.

The subcommittees listed below are being formed now, additional subcommittees are likely to be formed over the next several weeks:

  • personnel sub-committee
  • public safety (including police dept.) 
  • communications & community outreach 
  • public works, engineering and recreation

Please be aware that the subcommittees will not be very large, and we anticipate getting more interest than we can find positions for. So we anticipate not being able to take advantage of everyone’s interest through being on one of the subcommittees; but we hope all interested parties will attend our public meetings.
