Princeton Man Injured After Being Struck While Riding His Bicycle

He was treated at the University Medical Center at Princeton.

 

A 27-year-old Princeton man was treated to the University Medical Center at Princeton after being struck by a car while riding his bike. 

Pedro R. Gonzalez-Perez of Witherspoon Street, suffered cuts and bruises and head and neck pain after he was hit during an accident on Wed. Jan. 11 shortly before 3 p.m.

Princeton Township Police responded along with the Montgomery Township Emergency Medical Services responded to the intersection of Mount Lucas Road and Redding Circle. 

An investigation showed that Gonzalez-Perez was riding south on Mount Lucas next to a 2006 Nissan Altima driven by Julissa Guzman-Gonzalez, 25, of Redding Circle, Princeton.

Guzman-Gonzalez turned right onto Redding Circler and Gonzalez-Perez was thrown from his bicycle and onto the front right side of the car, suffering injury to his left elbow, both knees and head. 

Guzman-Gonzalez suffered no injuries.
