Police Log: Sexual Assault, Stolen Bikes

Princeton Police reported the following incidents between April 29 to May 1.

On April 29 at 9:21 p.m., during an unrelated investigation in the first block of Valley Road, police determined that Nelson Guerra, 21, of Valley Road, Princeton, was engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with a female under the age of consent. Guerra was arrested and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was taken to Mercer County Corrections Center in default of $50,000 bail. 

On April 29 at 11:10 a.m., a victim in the first block of Spring Street reported that sometime during the day before, between 1 and 5 p.m., someone stole their Harrow men's mountain bike valued at $100. It happened while the victim was at Communiversity.

On April 30 at 5:03 p.m., a caller in the 100 block of Bunn Drive reported that sometime between 8 and 10 a.m. that day someone stole their Fuji bicycle, valued at $350, from the bike rack at Princeton Charter School.

On May 1 at 1:27 a.m., a victim on Bank Street reported that sometime between 9 a.m. on April 30 and the time of the call, sometime removed his Trek mountain bike from his front porch. The bicycle is valued at $532.86.
