One of the new features of Eden Autism Services Education and Outreach Center, located in the Princeton Forrestal Village, is the school garden, which has yielded some rather large vegetables, including a 16” squash! Eden students have spent the summer planting and tending to a vegetable garden which includes zucchini, peas, string beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, eggplant, garlic and lettuce. The food grown in the garden is used in the School’s Vocations program where students work in the kitchen to prepare and serve lunch to their fellow students.
